BRIEFING:

	Hello again, commander, the war continues to rage on, and we have yet
another mission for you.  Nod is retreating from our victory in the 1st
battle (seize, another savegame by me).  We have got them on the run.  Now 
for the final blow, to push Nod out of the region permanently.  The area you
will be stationed in is divided in half (horizontally).  The bottom half 
is home to a large compilation of advanced power plants, a hand of Nod, and 
some Nod defenses.  You are in control of a small outpost on the south half
of the area. Build up your forces and destroy the plants.  Also, take out 
the technology center--Nod is rumored to be working on a new weapon and 
destroying the center would crush these plans.  On the North side of the area
lies the main Nod base.  Take it out.  Show NO mercy. Eliminate all Nod 
forces.  Also, try to keep watch over the Civilians.
